طلبات الاسترجاع
إذا واجهت خصمًا مكررًا، مشكلة تقنية جوهرية، أو مشكلة في الاشتراك، تواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ويفضل خلال 14 يومًا من الخصم الأول.
المراجعة
تُراجع طلبات الاسترجاع حسب الحالة والاستخدام والظروف، مع احترام أي حقوق إلزامية يمنحها القانون للمستهلك. تتم المدفوعات والاسترجاعات عبر Lemon Squeezy بصفته مزود الدفع.
الإلغاء
إلغاء الاشتراك يوقف التجديدات المستقبلية وفق حالة الاشتراك، لكنه لا يعني تلقائيًا استرجاع رسوم سبق تحصيلها.

Refund requests
If you experience duplicate billing, a material technical issue, or a subscription problem, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 14 days of the initial charge.
Review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on usage and circumstances, while respecting any mandatory consumer rights. Payments and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy as the payment provider.
Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to its status, but does not automatically refund charges already collected.
