You can request deletion of your CreatorKit account and associated account data at any time.

How to request account deletion

1. Use the request button below.
2. Send the request from the same email address associated with your CreatorKit account so we can verify account ownership.
3. State that you want your CreatorKit account permanently deleted.

Data that is deleted

After the request is verified, we delete CreatorKit account data under our control, including the authentication account, account email, account ID, plan status, usage counter, and associated CreatorKit/Supabase profile data.

Files

Many CreatorKit tools run locally in your browser. CreatorKit does not intend to store your conversion files on its servers unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.

Data that may be retained

Payment provider Lemon Squeezy may retain invoice or transaction records for periods required by applicable law or its policies. CreatorKit applies no additional retention period to the account profile after deletion is completed.

Expected processing time

We normally review account deletion requests within 7 days. We will request additional information only when needed to verify account ownership.
